Mr. LEI Weiju, Deputy Director General of Guangzhou Foreign Affairs Office had an honour introducing the Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation to Madam Anacläudia Rossbach, the Under-Secretary-General of United Nations and the Executive Director of UN-Habitat yesterday at the twelfth session of the World Urban Forum.
