Result Announcement for the Guangzhou Award Technical Committee Assessment
Dear all,
The Technical Committee (TC) for the Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation held an assessment meeting from October 15 to 17, 2012 in Guangzhou.
The TC reviewed all 255 initiatives submitted from 153 cities of 56 countries and regions, and selected 15 short-listed initiatives and 30 deserving initiatives for the Guangzhou Award based on the criteria of innovativeness, effectiveness, replicability, and significance. The 15 Short-lListed Initiatives will be submitted to the Jury, who will meet on November 14th for a final decision on the winners. Attached please find a draft report by the TC.
We look forward to welcoming you on November 15-—17 at the Guangzhou International Urban Innovation Conference, during which there will be the Guangzhou Awarding Ceremony, friendship tree-planting, and many other exciting activities.
