Medellin named “Most Innovative City”
The Columbian city of Medellin has defeated several strong competitors including New York and won the title of the “Most Innovative City” in a competition organized by the Urban Land Institute. (Source: BBC news)
In 2012, Medellin entered the short-list for the best initiatives in the 1st Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation by its digital program.
