Guangzhou delegates visit the 2012 Guangzhou Award short-listed city: Chiang Rai, Thailand

Zhao Fang, deputy secretary general of Guangzhou government inspects the Urban Ecosystem and Biodiversity Conservation towards Sustainable City and Climate Change Resilience program.
At the invitation of Chiang Rai Mayor Wanchai Chongsuttanamanee, Zhao Fang, deputy secretary general of Guangzhou government, visited Chiang Rai, Thailand on March 17.
During his visit, Zhao had a meeting with Chongsuttanamanee and inspected the Urban Ecosystem and Biodiversity Conservation towards Sustainable City and Climate Change Resilience program which was one of the 15 short-listed cities of the 2012 Guangzhou Award.
He also presented a series events of China International Sister Cities Conference & the 2nd Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation and Guangzhou International Urban Innovation Conference, and extended an invitation to Chiang Rai on behalf of Guangzhou.
