Liu Baochun attends Seminar on City's Vitality in International Exchanges and City Diplomacy
On May 14, Mr. Liu Baochun, Director General of Guangzhou Foreign Affairs Office and Secretary General of Guangzhou Institute for Urban Innovation, attended the Roundtable Seminar on “City’s Vitality in International Exchange and City Diplomacy” in Shanghai and delivered a keynote speech to share Guangzhou’s practices and experience on international exchanges with participants nationwide.
The seminar was co-organized by Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, Oriental Youth Academic Society of Shanghai, Institute for Urban and Environmental Studies under Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Shanghai Coordination Center for World Cities Day. The event discussed urban vitality indexes regarding international exchanges from the perspectives of politics, economy, culture and society.
