Liu Baochun, Director General of Foreign Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government, Secretary General of the Guangzhou Institute for Urban Innovation (GIUI), and Regional Secretary of Metropolis ASPAC, held talks with Senior Advisor Sunil Dubey of the Metropolis in Guangzhou on Jan 11. Both sides exchanged views on issues concerning further improving the functions of the Metropolis Regional Secretariat, implementing the MoU between Guangzhou and the Metropolis, and promoting the development of the Guangzhou Award.
