On the afternoon of March 4, a delegation led by Mr. Liu Baochun, Director General of Guangzhou Foreign Affairs Office and Secretary General of Guangzhou Institute for Urban Innovation (GIUI), visited the Institute of Public Policy (IPP), South China University of Technology. The delegation exchanged ideas in depth with Board Chairman Mr. Mo Daoming on the operation of IPP and the development of the Guangzhou Award. It paved a way for the future cooperation between GIUI and IPP.
