Guangzhou Award makes its voice heard on the 2nd Asia-Pacific Forum on Urban Resilience and Adaptation
The Guangzhou delegation presented the Guangzhou Award at the 2nd Asia-Pacific Forum on Urban Resilience and Adaptation on March 2, organized by ICLEI and the City of Melaka.
Mr. Lei Weiju, Deputy Director of Guangzhou Foreign Affairs Office, was invited to share Guangzhou’s experience in disaster prevention and relief, which reflects the spirit of peer learning and common development. Therefore, Mr. Lei invited cities and local governments to register for the 3rd Guangzhou Award so as to promote city-to-city exchange and cooperation for the sake of sustainable development.
