Liu Baochun, Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government, holds consultation on study tour for 3rd Guangzhou Award on Feb 16. 

Liu Baochun, Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government, Secretary General of the GIUI, and Regional Secretary of Metropolis ASPAC, held a brainstorming activity for his study tour for the 3rd Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation (Guangzhou Award) on Feb 16.

Liu gave Liang Guiquan, President of the GIUI, Vice Presidents Wang Yongping and Gu Jianqing as well as experts and representatives from universities and media outlets, a brief introduction to the Guangzhou Award, Guangzhou International Urban Innovation Conference and the multilateral work in Guangzhou.

After the introduction, the guests attended the meeting and exchanged ideas regarding the Guangzhou Award case study tour, case studies, brand building, and sustainable development.
