The 6th Guangzhou International Award for Urban Innovation is now open for application. To apply for it, you need to log into the application website and fill in the application form. Here is the step-by-step guide:

(1) Visit the following link:

(2) Create your account, and use your account to log into the 6th Guangzhou Award application system.

2. Create a new application form

After logging into the application system, click on the "New Application" button to start:

(1) Basic information form (step1)

After entering the application form filling page, you need to fill in some basic information (such as initiative name, city basic information, contact information, etc.).

Note: After completing this section, the system will automatically save the content. You can only move on to the next section after all required columns are filled.

Click the "Next" to enter the next form.

(2) Initiative introduction form (step 2)

 The second form requires you to fill in several pieces of information related to the initiative (such as initiative background, origins of the initiative, innovation, outcome of the initiative, etc.). Please read the question requirements carefully and fill in the blanks.

In this section, there is a save button under each module. After filling in, click "Save" to save the answer to this question.

(3) Submit additional materials (optional):

If you need to submit additional materials, please send all additional materials to the Guangzhou Award Office email address (info@guangzhouaward.org), and attach the title of application project , contact information, and file list .If the original language of the above materials is not English, the applicant shall provide an English translation. The deadline for submitting additional materials is the same as the final deadline for project submission.

(1) modify application form

If you exit the page during the filling process, you can view the currently filled application form by clicking the "My Application" button on the system homepage. Clicking the "edit" button of the corresponding application form can enter the editing interface to continue filling or modifying the application form.

(2) submit application form

After completing all the content, click the "Submit" button at the bottom right of the page to submit the application form. If you need to modify the content, click the "Back" button to return to the application form for editing.

Note: After clicking the "submit" button, the application form cannot be modified again. Please confirm that the content is correct before submitting the application form.

The following interface will appear after a successful submission.

(1) Early-Bird submission deadline:

July 31, 2023, at 23:59:59(Beijing time).

Submitting the application before the early bird deadline, and you may have the opportunity to receive feedback and advice on how to improve your submissions, and modify the application form again)

(2)  Final submission deadline:

August 31, 2023, at 23:59:59(Beijing time).

The applicant must complete the submission of all application materials and additional documents before the final submission deadline.
