Abstract
The report highlights that, regarding social inclusion and ending poverty, citizen engagement and participatory governance effectively contribute to community resilience and social inclusion. With regard to inclusive urban prosperity and opportunity, transformative economic models start with cities and regions, where decent work and inclusive urban growth could be promoted by circular economy and multi-sectoral cooperation. In terms of environmental sustainability and resilience, bottom-up and top-down inter-governmental dialogue and local capacity building are required to achieve desired outcomes and combining environmental sustainability with measurable benefits is an important step in driving sustainable change.
